Happy Clients Give Great Testimonials – Thank You

A Very Happy Satisfied Client Writes…

Thank you so much for everything, I have learned so much in my journey and it´s only getting better and better. Your insights are of tremendous value and without it I wouldn´t have this acceleration. I would have never imagined that it would be possible to change beliefs on the fly.

Amazing!

Here are a few of the gains I have made over this short time since doing the training:

Increase in confidence

A significant increase in how I handle issues that life’s throws at me, I have the tools that allow me get out of the role of being a victim. My internal voice is not sabotaging me as much as it did in the past, matter of fact it´s quiet most of the time.

Loving myself

It increased my self-esteem. During that process I let go of guilt and resentment towards other people. I let go of the guilt I had stored unconsciously.

Restored balance in my own family

I projected my own insecurities on the people whom I actually hold very close and I have realized how my behavior has impacted them and their life. Thanks to programming I restored my relationships in an accelerated manner.

Appreciation of what I have in my life

Each programming session I state 10 things that I am grateful for, ranging from money, to family, friendships and personal growth. As a result I feel more positive and happy!

Mental Clarity

I experience increased clarity of what I want to achieve, and my purpose in life.

Law of Attraction

I was a skeptic initially. I have opened doors that otherwise wouldn´t be visible. This also includes the lessons I learned if and when you don´t follow the guidelines. The lesson I learned was pertaining to “claiming good to all concerned”, I programmed to get accepted at a university, which rejected me before, and on the phone I got told that it wouldn´t be possible. Manipulating the Law of Attraction without the safeguards in place made sure I got accepted at the university, but due to neglecting “claiming good to all concerned” I got unpleasant surprises that came along with it.

Many programs set for automatic gains

I bought a goal setting book (the type with the fancy leather cover), which I divided in several areas of interest.  My personal growth goals have been set on an “automatic” development; I am able to cross out a lot of them.

Problems solved

Used with problem solving, the technique has solved obstacles in accelerated ways I never expected.

Increased awareness and intuition

I now have increased access to my intuition, hindsight, foresight, insight and epiphanies. This has been a tremendous aid in my life and has supported me in my intellectual pursuits, reflections, decision making, marshalling resources, and making explorations. I am currently still looking to deepen that further. I know that it is all possible.

Mental Connectivity

My ability to make faster connections has increased significantly as a result my intellectual pursuits.

Beliefs

This training has made me realize the importance of beliefs and how they impact my creation of my own reality.

Please use my experiences here to get the word out to the rest of the world. I would never have believed how much 1 training could help me so much, in so many ways. I needed it. It has helped me to find my true self, empowered me, and has improved my life in so many ways. Everyone should be doing your training, without exception.

Thank You for teaching me how to find the truth.

A. A.

After that, there is not much left for me to say, except thank you!

If You’re Happy and You Know it… Clap Your Hands

Your Search For Happiness

Are You Truthful When You Say that You are Happy?

Most people actually do not know what it means to be happy, or what it takes to get there. The easiest example of this is the Self Improvement Industry. The Self Improvement industry caters to Unhappy people. It is our desire to be happy, happier, or a better person tomorrow than we are today. We are striving to be happy. As you know, they are many roads that lead to happiness, but few find that destination. Here is how to find happiness.

Many Roads Lead to Happiness – Few Find That Destination

You may remember hearing the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin’s simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Most of us would love to trade the worrisome life we have with one of carefree spontaneity. The joy of sleeping out under the stars on some remote sandy beach on a warm night with those you care most about. What an ideal picture to base life upon. Some of us actually do just that! You may have other preferences what your ideal life is like. Do you live it? Consider yourself lucky if you do.

Health Benefits of Being Happy

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health and fitness. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Increasing happiness and finding happiness in life is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.

Even Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

Pave a Path to Happiness

Here are a few ways by which you can do this:

Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

Laugh and laugh heartily every day.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -‘Laughter is the best medicine’. … And laugh at the News you do get; although some will not understand why.

Work on things that you feel worthy of your time. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Learn something new every day.  Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places. But for those of you that live in those types of places, like many big cities, use meditation or prayer to quiet your mind from within. Then you can take back your world one small piece at a time.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

Life is too short. Learn to enjoy it!

Brain Management in the “Information Age”

Young Children Learn …

When we were babies, the only way we knew how to learn was through the eidetic memory, which we refer to as the photographic memory. We managed to absorb tremendous amount of data and we learned even though we couldn’t read.  We couldn’t understand speech and we couldn’t verbally communicate, however as we got older we went to school and learned to read – as a result, we lost the ability to process data through our Photographic Memory.

We are currently in the “Information Age” – and as the amount of information being processed increases exponentially, the next step must be the Mental Revolution. More and more, we are required to assimilate great amounts of data, and just “keeping up” with the information flow is no longer good enough.  To truly process and understand the information we are bombarded with, we have to get back to the point that we assimilate information as a small child would.

This level of information processing can be achieved with the Brain Management system. Using Brain Management, not only will you reduce the amount stress you experience, you will strengthen and tone your brain (in a totally natural way) to create a better, healthier, and happier life.

Mental Photography, which is one technique taught in the Brain Management system, allows you to to wake and tap into, your photographic memory. Mental Photography exercises all the regions of your brain, stimulates your mind, and trains you to tap into your ability to recall what you have seen. Mental Photography also enhances your experience of reading.

A person’s average reading speed is 250 words per minute (wpm). Mental Photography will teach the brain to read at 25,000 wpm and expert Mental Photographers exhibit reading speeds of up to 600,000 words per minute with 90% recall (just flipping pages).

Mesmerized by the Headlights of Oncoming Traffic?

Are you mesmerized standing before the headlights of life?

In honor of an Icon of a bygone era, Franz Anton Mesmer (1734 – 1815) German Physician, theorized a natural energetic transference that occurred between all animated and inanimate objects that he called “Animal Magnetism“. (Great honor is bestowed upon those whose own name becomes a word that transcends their own life and discoveries.)

Do you ever feel like you are the rabbit caught in the headlights of oncoming traffic? You freeze, even though you are about to be run over.

Decisions

How has your ability to make decisions been lately? Do you make important decisions easily and quickly? Do you just flip a coin? Or do you procrastinate, hoping the problem will just go away?

You would find that simply making a decision will lift a heavy burden from your shoulders. It gives you such a feeling of freedom. The foe is vanquished!

Solving Problems

Most people will already know this method of finding solutions. But it never hurts to hear it again… If you have a big problem, you tend to think about it. You think about it so much that it gets in the way of you carrying out your daily activities. Yes, it really is a problem because it is
stopping you from succeeding at the smallest objectives.

Has anyone ever told you to “sleep on it“? The reason most people tell you to sleep on a problem, is they have had success solving their own problems the same way. They enjoy sharing that “tip” for success.

Sleeping on a problem works. Without needing to take up meditation or another mental discipline to free your mind in order to find solutions, you are letting your sleeping state do it for you. The amount of information your mind has available is immense. But during your day-life, you would find it difficult to access all of it; under stress, and you have not conditioned you mind for such tasks.

Therefore, all night long your mind is working on solving your problem. During your day, you are lucky to have 10 minutes of quiet before being interrupted. Maybe you should schedule an appointment with yourself!

So, it is no surprise when you wake up in the morning and find the solution to your problem is right there in front of you. You know what to do. Now you must act upon it. It really does you no good if you are not going to act upon the solution your own mind has worked out for you. You must have confidence in yourself and your actions.

So, then next time you feel like that rabbit facing down the headlights of your destiny, you will know what to do… Go to sleep!

Are You Depressed?

Too many decisions …

If you are like most people, you must make too many decisions every day of your life.  You feel overwhelmed from all of your carefully considered decisions.

Scientists have proven that if we have any more than 7 things to choose from, we go into overload, so by the time we go through the grocery store, we are in meltdown.  They have even connected this to Clinical Depression.

For example; I will take you on a tour of what you can expect for simple decision making, starting at the beginning of your day.  (Obviously, this really isn’t you because you would never do these things this way.)

The alarm goes off.  Do you set your alarm for a “snooze”, and for how long?  Do you just lie there a while?  Do you get up ready to take on the day?  Or do you turn over and go back to sleep?  That was 5 decisions, and you haven’t even made it out of bed.

You decide to get up and get dressed.  You go to the closet full of clothes and declare,  “I have nothing to wear.” After deciding on a matching top and bottom with socks and shoes, you toss them back and decide to wear the same thing you had on yesterday.  There goes another 5 or more decisions.  For some people this one act could amount to hundreds of decisions.

You finally decide that is a good time to have a wholesome breakfast instead of the same old breakfast you have every day.  You begin by deciding what ingredients you want for your breakfast.  You pull them all out and get ready, …  Then you decide it will take too long.  So you put it all back and sit down to your usual bowl of gruel that you are accustomed to.  Another 5 or more decisions.

DON’T LAUGH!  You may be this person.

What happens when your routine breaks down and forces you to make new decisions?  What if you are on your way to work  (Well, at least you made it out of the house without being half naked.),  you get into the car; you turn the key, and …  nothing.  Now you are faced with a whole new handful of decisions to make.  You must decide what to do about getting to work, fixing the car, and many other decisions about things that contribute to your circumstances.

Confusion!  You Bet!

With all the things swirling around in your head, you will think you are walking around in a fog.  YOU ARE!  This is the mental fog that is created by needing to make too many decisions;  and it further obscures your ability to make “clear” decisions.

Sorry for giving you depressing news about someone’s depressing day.  You can just go back to bed and forget it all until you wake back up.  (Ooops, it’s still there.) Or today, you can decide to be proactive in an effort to clear those cobwebs from your mind.

Here are some ways of doing just that:

  • Meditation
  • Mental exercises that strengthen your mind and gives you focus
  • Giving your brain new information that it is not accustomed to.   This creates a type of growth and change called neural-plasticity.

If you are serious about helping yourself crawl out of the miasma you have created then you owe it to yourself to consider what ZOX Pro Training offers. You know you need to do something different.  You owe it to yourself and those you care about.  They are affected by your decisions too.

Remember: Anything you want to change or improve requires information you currently do not have.  You need essential information fast.  We have your solution.
