Exercise Your Brain through Mental Photography

One of the great benefits of Mental Photography is that it enhances your experience of reading. On average, an adult will read at approximately 250 words per minute (wpm) however, an adult who is trained in Mental Photography techniques will generally be able to read at 25,000 wpm (or more!).

Mental Photography

Mental Photography is a learning technique that allows you to assimilate information at 100 times the average reading speed, with 100% retention for life. This technique is natural and it uses the “whole brain”, which is why it can help you exercise your brain and will defy the nature of slow reading.

The way we are taught to read at school is not in our very natures – it is a learned ability, and in the process of learning to read our ability to access our Photographic Memory is lost.

Mental Photography forges pathways to a part of our brain that has amazing abilities – like being able to read 100 times faster and retain that information forever. Literally, your reading experience could be faster than two pages per second with 100% retention. However, Mental Photography is not just limited to learning; it also opens up those amazing abilities the brain has.

Exercise Your Brain

There are numerous benefits if you exercise your brain:

Elevated Whole Brain Activity – this means that you can utilize both the left and right brain at the same time, at a much higher level. For example, right brain activity is creativity, imagination and feelings; while left brain activity is logical thinking and facts. By elevating the use of both sides of your brain, you can expand your brain’s function and accept more information than usual.

Strengthens neural pathways – When your neural pathways are strengthened, you can think or even feel things automatically. You can absorb information faster: like learning how to play a musical instrument, learning how to drive, learning to speak a new language or even how to play a sport.

Hemispheric Balancing – When the two hemispheres of brain are balanced, a person can achieve their goals more easily and quickly.

Heightened communication between the conscious and the subconscious; You can literally grow more memory (Dendrites) and develop quicker and clearer thinking.

Brain Management: Overcome Your Beliefs

Brain Management

You might have heard of the saying: “you are the only thing that is keeping you from achieving your goals”.  Some of you may not believe this and you might even wonder how you prevent yourself from becoming wealthy when you do the best that you can, everyday.

The simple fact is that, from when you were young, you had people around you that told you things and instructed you in the ways of the world. Some of the things they told you, and that you took on as your o.wn, are untrue.

Let’s look at two examples and insights:

Money Corrupts

I would say that it is the LACK of money that is corrupting the mind of the people and forcing them to act the way they do. People are forced to commit crimes because they feel that they cannot afford this or that. But if you really think about it, greed is what’s actually causing us to think that money is not enough.

The harder you work, the further you get?

Here’s a good one! The ditch-digger is a hard worker and will be digging ditches until the cows come home. The only ‘further’ he will get is getting more ditches dug. Is hard work going to get you ahead – not necessarily.

Some people think that working hard is their road to wealth and success. This is not entirely true. The key to success is not hard work but Smart Work. You need to have a strategy and have a good plan to achieve your goals. No matter how hard you work, without setting your goal, you will get nowhere.

You need to visualize yourself achieving how far will go. Set a detailed plan on your mind on how you can achieve your mission and what steps you need to make to get it.

Hint: Start your journey from within. If there is anything that will hold you back or sabotage you along the way, it will be in YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS! Only Brain Management can bypass your mind.

An added insight from Mind To Mind: Wealth comes in many different forms. Make sure you chose the right one for you.

Train Your Mind To Craft The Life You Want

Be Successful…

Recently, I discussed how your beliefs affect your ability to become wealthy.  Today, I want to share a few more thoughts and insights about how some of the things you were told when you were young (and that you took on) affect you today.

Successful people DO what unsuccessful people WON’T

THIS IS TRUE: So many people simply give up because it’s too hard. Many VERY wealthy people started their journey with nothing. Are YOU ready to think like, act like and be wealthy, including all of life’s’ ups and downs, or are you just going to sit there dreaming, and criticizing others for having a go at doing great things?

If you limit yourself to your existing capabilities, you will not go further. If you want to be successful, do not sit there and wonder how others do it. Go out and do something about it. Force your mind to think how can “YOU” achieve your own. Do not let a small thing such as money block you from becoming successful. Find a way to get around it.

Success is gauged on how much you have given up

Another “TRUTH”. How much are you willing to give up to get to where YOU SAY you want to be? Would you put EVERYTHING on the line to get there? Or would you rather play it safe and stay within your comfort zone.

Self-limitation and risk takes a big part on the whole success and wealth scenario. Sometimes, you need to give up everything to get you where you want to be. Ask yourself this: are you willing to risk it all to become successful or how much are you willing to risk getting on top?

A penny saved is a penny earned

Not True. Do the math. Unless you are a compulsive gambler, this is not true.

Life is fair

Stop kidding yourself! Life will always have challenges and problems which will not seem fair. This is how it worked before and how it still works. It is your obligation to adjust in life and accept your achievements.

Mind To Mind is all about the complex nature of the brain & mind.

It’s up to you to make the appropriate changes to craft the life you wish to have.  If you really want something, train your mind to think that it is possible to achieve anything. Do not think of the problems, rather think of addressing problems, and finding solutions, as merely another step you need to take, to get to where you want to go.

Absorb Information Faster and Retain It Longer with Mental Photography

Information… Fast and Forever…

Mental Photography

The average person can read approximately 250 words per minute.  At this moment, there are over 5 million articles on Wikipedia which translates to over 10 Billion words of information and knowledge.   At the average reading rate, it would take around 371 years to read everything on Wikipedia, if that’s all you did.

Right now, you’re probably thinking that it’s impossible to read, and more importantly learn that amount of information. That is just not true!  It is entirely possible to absorb and retain that about information – AND people have been doing this for the last 37 years.

As children we absorb vast amounts of information – not only do we learn the ‘mechanical’ things like walking, talking, eating etc, we also learn languages, spelling, mathematics and more.

Yet, as adults, we often find it difficult to even encompass absorbing that much information, and even with all the learning we have done (and continue to do), we only use up to 2% of our brains’ potential.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could continue to absorb information like we did as children?  Well, the good news is – we can, by using Mental Photography techniques.

What is Mental Photography?

Mental Photography is a technique that allows you to create a strong link between the absorb and retain that about information.  In creating this link, or bridge, you are unlocking the vast potential you have, to assimilate information at a much faster rate (possibly 100 times faster than the average reading speed) and retain it forever.

Most importantly however, Mental Photography opens the pathways to the parts of the brain that acts as a conduit to universal energies.  This means that Mental Photography can be applied to more than just learning.

Mental Photography is a core part of the Brain Management) toolkit. Brain Management gives you the tools to take control of your life, as you have never experienced before.

Mental Photography was first founded in 1975 by Richard Welch (who is known as the “Father of Mental Photography”).

How does Mental Photography differ to ‘School Learning’?

When you were born, you had the innate ability to absorb huge amounts of information and knowledge – you didn’t need to know how to learn, you just did it naturally for first 5 years of your life.

”Reading” is taught in opposition to Mental Photography and once you learned to read, access to  your innate ability was switched off. Reading uses a ‘slow, inefficient’ part of the brain and it does not work for everyone because it is NOT a natural ability.

Mental Photography is a natural technique that uses the ‘whole’ brain

Money and Wealth Creation: Use Your Mind

Money and Wealth

Many people subconsciously believe that accumulating money and wealth is impossible to achieve. This is untrue and I am here to help you understand that your human mind is the only thing that is keeping you from reaching your goals.

This article may contain information that you have heard before and materials that are new to you. Either way, it will help you discover how to visualize your goals and control your mind and see the power of the mind.

YOU are your own worst enemy.

Somewhere along the line you took on, bought into and started to believe, in a very underhanded way, that money and wealth were things that be out of reach forever. If you keep reminding yourself that wealth is beyond your capabilities, you will not succeed in life. Let’s face it, we all want to get rich and wealthy. Nobody wants to be poor and hungry. That is why we work everyday and hope that somewhere along the way, we will catch our big break and become rich.

Most people fail to realize that the only thing that is stopping them from reaching their goals is the burdens they carry every day. You need to change the way you think or how your mind works, to become successful. But before you get into the real work, there are a few basic things you need to understand.

There are two sides of your mind that control your thoughts: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind deals with reality, the everyday life and everything that occurs in it. The subconscious mind is a fantastic storehouse of information that also stores our likes and dislikes, our beliefs and our dis-beliefs. These are the things that ‘control’ how we think, feel, act, and react to things – including money and wealth.

You can say to yourselves all day long that you want money and wealth, but if you do not control the subconscious mind, you will only get frustrated. Your subconscious mind will undermine and sabotage every good effort you put forward to gain money and wealth.

To overcome the preconditioning of your subconscious mind, you need to learn about Brain Management.

Brain Management is a mental discipline that will help you train your subconscious to help you achieve your highest goals. Using Mental Photography, you will realize that you have the ability to do this work if you put effort into it. Through mental photography techniques, you will gain access to the greatest wealth of them all, Satisfaction.
