If You’re Happy and You Know it… Clap Your Hands

Your Search For Happiness

Are You Truthful When You Say that You are Happy?

Most people actually do not know what it means to be happy, or what it takes to get there. The easiest example of this is the Self Improvement Industry. The Self Improvement industry caters to Unhappy people. It is our desire to be happy, happier, or a better person tomorrow than we are today. We are striving to be happy. As you know, they are many roads that lead to happiness, but few find that destination. Here is how to find happiness.

Many Roads Lead to Happiness – Few Find That Destination

You may remember hearing the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin’s simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Most of us would love to trade the worrisome life we have with one of carefree spontaneity. The joy of sleeping out under the stars on some remote sandy beach on a warm night with those you care most about. What an ideal picture to base life upon. Some of us actually do just that! You may have other preferences what your ideal life is like. Do you live it? Consider yourself lucky if you do.

Health Benefits of Being Happy

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health and fitness. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Increasing happiness and finding happiness in life is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.

Even Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

Pave a Path to Happiness

Here are a few ways by which you can do this:

Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

Laugh and laugh heartily every day.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -‘Laughter is the best medicine’. … And laugh at the News you do get; although some will not understand why.

Work on things that you feel worthy of your time. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Learn something new every day.  Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places. But for those of you that live in those types of places, like many big cities, use meditation or prayer to quiet your mind from within. Then you can take back your world one small piece at a time.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

Life is too short. Learn to enjoy it!

Brain Management!

Disasters hit us on all levels of life. It can be the latest hurricane, earthquake, tidal wave, or any other natural disaster; it can be personal tragedy or it can be something small like dropping that ‘first cup of coffee’ on the floor as you are running out the door – you just know you are going to have a bad day. Disasters come in all shapes and sizes.

(To my Readers: Life is full of emotions, feelings, events, circumstances, and more. Some things in life are not comfortable to think about. Mind To Mind – The Brain Accelerator has always been about stimulating growth and providing intrigue. An interesting thing about life is you can make gains from even the most adverse of situations. We call these “Lessons”. Please read on…)

Discovering a Disaster

Disasters cause us to feel like less of the person we know we are. We lose self-worth.  They make us feel small and impotent. It may be overwhelming, even when others see it as a minor inconvenience. So, really, it is our perception that turns events into disasters for us. Most of all, disasters can impact a little, or all of your life.

Disasters Provide

Disasters teach us many things if we are willing to listen and observe. They teach us strength. They teach us resiliency. Disasters teach you to be more; an improved version of your old self. Disasters force you to look at yourself in a different way. Think of how you perform in a disaster or crisis. Alas, most of us don’t perform very well at all. Why? Because most people are not trained to handle such moments; and they rely on others who are.

Preparing for a Disaster

Disasters come in all shapes and sizes. They can be natural disasters, such as tsunamis and tornadoes. Or they can be man-made, like war, terrorism, and economic collapse. And again, disasters can be events in your life that create a difficult circumstance for you. You would spend your whole life preparing if you were to prepare for all crises. But there is a way that will give you the edge for coping with disasters. Condition your mind.

Condition Your Mind for Disasters

I told you about people that are steadfast in their ability to deal with disasters of whatever making. So, what makes them different from you? (This assumes you are not one of those people already, you know the types of disaster management.) The one thing that all of them have in common, no matter what their disaster specialty, is they have undergone mental training that helps them with ALL disasters. It is a part of their conditioning. Does it make them callous and uncaring? Of course not! It simply means they can assess and help others in those situations without “losing their head”.

Brain Management for Disasters

Take steps to strengthen your mental state for dealing with disasters:

Gain access to your subconscious. Your subconscious is most easily reached with meditation or prayer. Learn the basic proper methods for using these techniques. Start doing this first. It may take you some time to build the relationship with your subconscious mind.

Make a comprehensive list of the qualities you want to achieve. Some of these qualities will be about how you react and behave in emergency, crisis, and disaster events. Learn how to build your own simple and effective programs for installing these qualities in you your subconscious while you are meditating. This is the first proactive step to creating your desired outcome.

Observe yourself. After you have the programs installed into your subconscious, observe how you behave and react, especially when you are confronted with a crisis or emergency. Compare these new reactions to how you would have previously reacted to a crisis or emergency.

The steps I have given you are very simple. But there is more to it than that. There are other things you can do to amplify your results, or to get the results quicker.

Facing an Emergency, Crisis, or Disaster

Here is the “crux” of this exercise. Don’t ask how to do all this overnight, and expect it to just work. TOO LATE!… I see it all the time. People wait, and wait, and wait, until the right time. Face it! There is NO RIGHT TIME! Your pursuit requires you to be prepared. That means taking steps consistently for months, maybe years in advance. That is the same steps those with training and mental conditioning have done before you. Those are the same basic steps you must do too.

An Alternative to Shorten Disaster Training Time.

We just painted a picture for you that you would be spending a considerable amount of time walking in the well-trodden footsteps of others that have gone before you. The truth is, there is a simple way to absorb all of the information at lightning speed, and be able to pick up the nuance of walking in those same boots, with breakneck efficiency.

Spontaneous Insight or Flash in the Pan?

Are your insights spontaneous?

What have you done lately to support your insights? Have you taken steps to increase mental clarity?   Do you have the ability to be flexible with information?  Do you have ways to access and use large amounts of information fast?  Have you set aside the “lateral” from your lateral thinking, leaving you with just “thinking” about what could be?
Insights are your mental edge in life.  They are our ability to foresee problems and invent solutions;  and they are your opportunity for success and greatness.  I guess that means the whole world could do with a little more insight.  But, this is not about the world;  this is about YOU.

What can I do about it?

Well how do you go about strengthening your ability to have more insight?  Mental discipline is the easiest answer, because it will increase your brain power so you can achieve these feats.  Once you learn how to manage your brain, you gain clarity.  You begin to see life and the world around you in a new light.  This new perception will give you avenue to solve the same old problem in completely new ways.

Most mind disciplines use meditation because it is the most consistent and effective way to clear the cobwebs from your mind and gain FOCUS.  You should use meditation over an extended period of time.  You would first be using it to clean up the circumstances you currently face.  Then, as you continue to use meditation, it will assist you with your goals, your life path, and mapping out the incredible journey you are on.

Dedicated meditators feel “A day without meditation is like a day without sunshine!”, and that you should start each day with some sort of meditation, no matter how brief.  One of the primary things that most people are taught to do while meditating is plotting your path to success.  This is also referred to as subconscious programming or self-hypnosis.  The best thing about it is it puts you into the driver’s seat.  You are the one in control.

The only downside to subconscious programming is knowing what you need to program to gain your results.  It may just be your lack of information that sets you back.  There is a companion technique that gives you ample information to use for programming.  Even better;  you get the information at the same vibrational energy as your meditation.  You can even receive information that you cannot consciously remember, but that your subconscious has stored.  This technique for gaining information is called Mental Photography. It allows the user to transcend the normal conscious speed of comprehension, which is slow and laborious.

So, how do I get my Programs to work?

Do you want your programs to work, or just work better?  With Mental Photography in your arsenal, they will.  Just imagine how the Law of Attraction will accelerate around you.  When you have the information already formatted for your personal “download”, anything and everything can happen – fast.  Your insights will become so automated, things will simply be happening almost before you are even thinking about them. We refer to this as instantaneous manifestation.

Really?…

You may think I am out on a limb here.  My experience has shown me incredible things are not only possible, they are probable.  You can choose to make the difference in your life by gaining clarity, insight, information, and success.

I don’t know too many people that are just “satisfied” sitting there doing nothing. So, don’t just sit there. Do something!

As I pointed out in the past, the world is not fair. It does not care about you.  You are the only one that will make the difference.  You must participate.  Start today!
