How do you react to a crisis? If you’re like most of us, not very well.  Why? you just are not trained to handle such moments, and therefore rely on people who are.  But disasters come in all shapes and sizes, from Acts of God such as tornadoes to man-made disasters like terrorism and economic collapse. You could spend your entire life preparing if you tried to prepare for all possible crises.

BUT – there is a method that will prepare you for any TYPE of crisis. Condition your mind first.

The key is to gain access to your subconscious, which is most easily reached with meditation or prayer. Bear in mind that it may take some time for you to build a relationship with your subconscious mind.

Law of Attraction vs. Human Pheromones :: Smells, Odors, and You

Law of Attraction vs. Human Pheromones

Every week I get a lot of questions involving relationships. Some people will find these questions shallow, but that is not the point. The answers to these questions ARE important to those that clients that have asked them. In many cases, they have nobody around them they can trust. So they present them to me. Here are examples of just some of the questions I get:

  • How can I have a better relationship?
  • How can I attract the opposite sex?
  • How can I attract a partner with a high sex drive?
  • How can I have better sex?

Due to the personal nature these questions offer, I will not be answering them directly in this forum. Instead I am offering some scientifically based information for you to think about. It may or may not assist you with your situation, but the information is valid nonetheless.

How do pheromones affect you?

 Pheromones – Elixir or Myth?

Most people find the mysterious ways that our bodies work an intriguing subject. Where would we be without our olfactory sense? Opposites attract; at least where electromagnetism is concerned. But what about attraction between two people?  Romantic passion stays active for about two weeks. Is two weeks also the amount of time required to get accustomed to the other person’s pheromones?

Is attraction a matter of chemistry?

Chemical Effects of Pheromones

Many scientists believe that sexual attraction between animals is driven by pheromones.  It has been observed in some experiments that pheromones form the bases if communications among species and colonies of ants.  The horrible odor of skunks is a particularly potent pheromone. The perfume industry has capitalized on pheromones as a means to attract the opposite sex.

Biology, chemistry, genetics and psychology all promote opposing views. Some scientists even deny the existence of human pheromones. But findings from Swiss researchers at the University of Bern are making that difficult.  In their experiments, women sniffed men’s cotton shirts. The women preferred smelling shirts of men with genetic profiles that were different yet shared some similarities.

Does personality figure in sexual attraction?

“I thought he/she was this kind of person.”  Could pheromones drive initial attraction in failed relationships?  According to research conducted on interpersonal attraction and personality, a person’s sense of self-security and perception of the other person were found to be strong determinants for attraction. Attraction definitely plays a role in beginning a relationship, but it’s not enough to build long term relationships.

So should I stop trying to become attractive?

Smelly Pheromones

Work on all aspects of your health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Would you want to spend time with a person who feels insecure? Probably not! But putting on an act to attract someone will ultimately cause disappointment to both of you.  Only when you are true to yourself can you harness your attractiveness to others.

Happy Clients Give Great Testimonials – Thank You

A Very Happy Satisfied Client Writes…

Thank you so much for everything, I have learned so much in my journey and it´s only getting better and better. Your insights are of tremendous value and without it I wouldn´t have this acceleration. I would have never imagined that it would be possible to change beliefs on the fly.

Amazing!

Here are a few of the gains I have made over this short time since doing the training:

Increase in confidence

A significant increase in how I handle issues that life’s throws at me, I have the tools that allow me get out of the role of being a victim. My internal voice is not sabotaging me as much as it did in the past, matter of fact it´s quiet most of the time.

Loving myself

It increased my self-esteem. During that process I let go of guilt and resentment towards other people. I let go of the guilt I had stored unconsciously.

Restored balance in my own family

I projected my own insecurities on the people whom I actually hold very close and I have realized how my behavior has impacted them and their life. Thanks to programming I restored my relationships in an accelerated manner.

Appreciation of what I have in my life

Each programming session I state 10 things that I am grateful for, ranging from money, to family, friendships and personal growth. As a result I feel more positive and happy!

Mental Clarity

I experience increased clarity of what I want to achieve, and my purpose in life.

Law of Attraction

I was a skeptic initially. I have opened doors that otherwise wouldn´t be visible. This also includes the lessons I learned if and when you don´t follow the guidelines. The lesson I learned was pertaining to “claiming good to all concerned”, I programmed to get accepted at a university, which rejected me before, and on the phone I got told that it wouldn´t be possible. Manipulating the Law of Attraction without the safeguards in place made sure I got accepted at the university, but due to neglecting “claiming good to all concerned” I got unpleasant surprises that came along with it.

Many programs set for automatic gains

I bought a goal setting book (the type with the fancy leather cover), which I divided in several areas of interest.  My personal growth goals have been set on an “automatic” development; I am able to cross out a lot of them.

Problems solved

Used with problem solving, the technique has solved obstacles in accelerated ways I never expected.

Increased awareness and intuition

I now have increased access to my intuition, hindsight, foresight, insight and epiphanies. This has been a tremendous aid in my life and has supported me in my intellectual pursuits, reflections, decision making, marshalling resources, and making explorations. I am currently still looking to deepen that further. I know that it is all possible.

Mental Connectivity

My ability to make faster connections has increased significantly as a result my intellectual pursuits.

Beliefs

This training has made me realize the importance of beliefs and how they impact my creation of my own reality.

Please use my experiences here to get the word out to the rest of the world. I would never have believed how much 1 training could help me so much, in so many ways. I needed it. It has helped me to find my true self, empowered me, and has improved my life in so many ways. Everyone should be doing your training, without exception.

Thank You for teaching me how to find the truth.

A. A.

After that, there is not much left for me to say, except thank you!

The Secret Law of Attraction, Depression & Focus

Depression and Focus

Depression will be my topic for today and its effects on the decision making process; and focus and its relationship to the Secret Law of Attraction. In my another article, I discussed gaining Clarity and the decision making process.

Let’s recap:

“The Law of Attraction is based on ‘sympathetic vibration‘ and anything that disrupts this flow of  energy,  will cause the flow to stop.  If a person is clear of inhibitions and beliefs that throw a wrench into the gears, then the opportunity to achieve the preferred outcome is much better.”

One of the things that can disrupt the flow of energy is depression and the use of anti-depressants.  It’s a sad fact, but many people take anti-depressants to help them get through the day. However, Anti-depressants are not really focused to your problem or tuned to your brain and they may cause changes in other areas of your life.

The results of anti-depressants on your depression issues vary depending on the issues you experience and your tolerance to the side effects – there is always a trade off.  For example:  Let’s assume, you want to overcome depression so you are given anti depressants to counter the constant exhaustion you are feeling at work, and the upheaval this causes at home.  You start feeling better and you start being out of your depression – you’re more agreeable in the work place, you’re getting along with your partner and your libido ramps up… sounds great doesn’t it?  However, despite the increased libido, you just can’t perform in bed – it’s like a switch has been turned off.  That’s what I mean by a trade-off – some parts of your life improve, but others will be affected.

Did you realize that what you are eating & drinking may have an effect on the depression you experience particularly drugs, alcohol and even caffeine?  Studies on Attention Deficit Disorder & Hyperactivity have also shown that foods with additives, sugars and artificial colors and sweeteners all have adverse effects on normally healthy people.

Stop now and consider how what you are eating and drinking may be affecting you. Clearing depression from your mind and body is a key to help you make good decisions in your life and tap into the Law of Attraction.

Focus and Resolve Depression

Once you’ve addressed what you eat and drink as it might be the ones that cause depression, you need to focus so you can keep your eye on the prize. It’s important that you don’t let others or things bother you – develop your resolve.

Now, this is really where The Secret kicks in – most people don’t realize that you must participate to attract what you want in your life. The participation that I’m talking about is in the setup, and many feel that there is more energy required in the setup, than in the actual doing thus resolving depression.  By setup, I mean developing Your Clarity.

Activating the Secret Law of Attraction needs attention. So, focus, be resolved in your depression and believe that you can do this.

Develop Great Relationships With Lovers, Family and Friends

Your passion helps you have great relationships with lovers, family and friends

It seems to me that there are few things more important than relationships with lovers, family and friends.

Living your life with passion has a huge impact on your relationships.

Here are 7 key strategies to provoke your thinking on how and why this linkage between passion and relationships is so strong.

1. The willingness to be true to yourself.

Stop trying to appeal to everybody: you won’t! Yet, to whom will you appeal? This is almost impossible to answer, particularly since every person experiences life uniquely, through the filters of their subconscious minds. And it is our subconscious minds that enable us, indeed drive us, to create our beliefs and behaviors.

Therefore, the most effective strategy is to be true to your own beliefs and values, and to be true to how you wish to live your life; those with whom you come into contact can then make their own choices on whether they are attracted to you or not. You become ‘authentic’.

2. Doing the work to discover and pursue your passion.

I have been researching and speaking on the topic of passion for over 18 years, and have pursued my passions for over 50 years. What is ‘passion’? It is a source of unlimited energy from your soul, or spirit, or heart that enables you to produce extraordinary results.

When you are passionate, you immediately raise your personal energy and become far more attractive to other human beings. As the law of gravity states: the inter-attractiveness of a body to another is determined by its mass, and your passion increases your metaphysical mass. You will stand out from the crowd, and others will notice you more readily.

3. The willingness to simplify your life.

There is too much ‘stuff’’ in our lives that does not fulfill us, nurture us, or give us lasting joy.

When you discover your passion, you are more able to decide what is important to you. You can discard unnecessary complexities that you are hoarding, or pursuing, ‘just in case’ they might make you happy. Simplifying your life creates time for you to devote to your relationships that have been created because you are being true to you.

4. The willingness to be vulnerable.

I learned a long time ago that when vulnerability meets vulnerability, it creates intimacy. Intimacy is the hallmark of great relationships.

When you are vulnerable, open, honest, courageous, and true to yourself, other people are more likely to feel your essence and respond similarly Then intimacy can be created, and you need to spend less time proving your commitment to the relationships: others become less demanding because the feeling of intimacy is a powerful glue that holds the relationships.

5. Allow others to be true to themselves.

Release your need for others to behave in ways that suit you. If you are going to be true to yourself, then allow others to do the same. That way, you can more quickly decide whether you are truly attracted to another person, or whether it’s their ‘act’ that has drawn you in. Real and valuable relationships can form more quickly.

6. Adopt the concept of ‘Parallel Thinking’.

Edward de Bono’s book ‘Parallel Thinking’ beautifully explores our 3000-year tradition of Western philosophical thought that proposes there is ‘truth’ to be discovered in any issue. De Bono however says there are often times when competing ideas or thoughts can run ‘in parallel’ because there is no truth: for example, in designing a new car or a new building.

By allowing parallel thoughts to run in your relationships, you become much more flexible, leading to less conflict about what is right, wrong, true or untrue, and you become much more lovable and fun to be with.

7. The willingness to learn the principles of time management.

I have worked with many time poor executives over the past 18 years, in both corporate groups and as their executive coach. I am appalled by the quality of time management skills of most of them!

Develop your ability to protect your time and invest it in matters that are of importance to you, particularly the building of great relationships. There are many sources available to learn these skills. If you invest your time in developing these skills, you will enjoy a remarkable reduction in stress and a remarkable increase in your experience of the many joys of life.
