Integrity, Clarity & You

Gain Clarity – Mental Photography can be used to learn how to “Manage Your Brain” so you will know exactly where you need to be in life.

To achieve this level of clarity, you will need to access your subconscious.  Your subconscious literally provides the road-map to exactly where you should be in life.  By tapping into your subconscious, you not only will find your way through life, you will do so with a lot less stress.

It’s possible that you will try to tap into your subconscious using a tool like Mental Photography (which include training, subliminal audio or video, techniques, brain entrainment technology, etc.).  If you are using one of these avenues, I want you to keep in mind that YOUR objective is, ultimately, to gain clarity. Don’t buy into, or participate in, an outside agenda different from your own, because it will affect the clarity of finding yourself.  Some programs and equipment have other agendas that are not aligned with your ideals and you really need to steer clear of them.

I have encountered some organizations that really ‘load up’ their assistance tools with their own agendas – and this really affects the clarity you can achieve.  For example, one program stopped a person from promoting, marketing, or assisting any other organization – this resulted in a continual cycle of self-sabotage. Once the person saw what had caused the problem, they felt betrayed by the organization that installed it.  This person went on to delete the program ‘on their own’, with a little assistance from our program, Mental Photography. The result:  the person took control of their own mind and directed their own agenda.

Once you have found the best avenue to gain access to your subconscious, you need to develop strategies that facilitate your personal integrity and include asking for feedback from your subconscious!

Mental Photography can help your subconscious gain clarity – to guide to the correct path.

If you truly want clarity, or a heightened focus to gain your objectives, you need exercise your brain to strengthen it.  Mental Photography is an incredibly powerful way to exercise the brain with some incredibly positive results.  When you engage in Mental Photography, you will achieve a the necessary clarity to help you gain the results you want, with integrity, according to your own agenda – As You See Fit!

Great Things Happen Here!

Times are Tough! Are You “Trying Hard Enough”?

Are you plagued by falling short of inevitable success? Here is a revelation of how even the simplest things can cause us a great amount of discomfort. By learning about these, you may choose to take necessary steps to modify events in your own life to create a better life for yourself.

The topics I write about are varied because I have more interests than the average person. That is what happens when you condition your brain and use Mental Photography for most of your adult life. My ability to talk to people about virtually anything makes life rather interesting. I see connections where most others don’t. I have been blessed many times over in my journey through life – and I am grateful.

Illusion of Disbelief

The following incident comes from my interaction with one of my clients. The words she used revealed a picture of disbelief. Even though the client was in complete denial that this had any effect on how she thought about things, or events unfolding, it was clear to me what impact it was having. Cause and effect is easily recognized when you know what to look for.

I have worked with people from all over the world, with all different backgrounds, education, and social status. I have found that there is one truly insidious word that infiltrates and undermines even the most stalwart decision maker. When pointed out, I am often greeted with a ‘whatever’ glance and complete disregard for what I just brought to their attention. (It reminds me of the look I probably gave my 3rd Grade English teacher when she said the using the word “ain’t” is bad English.) There is a word so entwined with the English language, people will often defend its’ position it the language so that they don’t need to stop using it.

Try to use the word “try”

I will give you an enigma to solve: “Try to use the word ‘try’.” By what the word means, you would never be able to use it. I will explain what I mean as we go along. I don’t want to ruin the suspense.

I have a bone to pick with a person long dead. The person that invented the word “try”. I often have someone say to me, “I am trying really hard to…” That one sentence sends cymbals crashing in my head whenever I hear it.

It may sound like I am being very pedantic here, but let me tell you a story. Now, put those fuzzy focus glasses on while I relate something to you. I teach people how to overcome themselves. People get in their own way when seeking success. What that means is that most people run a series of destructive and self-sabotaging recordings through their head. The result is self-sabotage. Therefore, they have failed before they even came close to succeeding.

Whenever people say something, they can actually be saying two completely different things. While they would think they are saying, “It’s all go!” they may actually be telling themselves that they really only expect to fail at what it is that they are talking about. I will give you an example of what I mean.

We have 2 sentences: “Lift the glass of water off the table” and “Try to lift the glass of water off the table”. While the first sentence is clearly a sentence that leads to a direct action, what is the second sentence saying? Will the glass of water ever be lifted from the table? The answer to this is obviously No.

Just by adding the word “try” to the sentence, the action was Defeated before it ever began. It was a waste of breath to utter the second sentence because it results in nothing, a complete impasse, a mere suggestion of things that will never be.

Remember, what prompted me to write about this is a student (client) of mine that told me they were “trying really hard” to get results from the training, and they were not. Now, there are a lot of problems associated with that one very small statement, and those cymbals crashed again. If my client is “trying” to gain results, what is my client going to achieve? NOTHING! The act of ‘trying’ creates the frequency that you are already defeated, even before you begin.

I proceeded to point out to my client how counter-productive the word ‘try’ is. And yes, I got the same old liturgy of reasons why they need to be able to freely use such a destructive word. Well, it is their choice.

There should be a law that states, “if a word corrupts the action intended within a statement to point of no action, then that word should be abolished”. Chaucer was always inventing words. Maybe it is he that should be held accountable. I am always looking to gain new information. If there is anyone that knows the true story why and when the word ‘try’ was invented, I would love to know.

Let’s go back to the enigma I posed for you earlier. If you Try to use the word Try, then you would never be able to use the word. Attaching the word Try on the front of that sentence negates the effect of the rest of the sentence, as if the sentence never existed in the first place. The optimum statement of inaction.

The wonderful thing that happens when my clients participate in the training I teach, everything that is assigned for them to do is an exercise. Each of these exercises do exercise and strengthen the brain. So it is very easy for my clients to switch out the word ‘try’ with ‘exercise’, because they are exercising the brain!

So good luck out there to all you self-defeatists that want to disregard what I have to say and defend a word that does nothing but corrupt any action associated with it. You are the people that represent the great unwashed, the non-leaders, and the people that will never truly leave a mark on this world except a grave stone. Face it, when you continue to ‘Try’, and when that doesn’t work, you even ‘Try Harder’, or ‘Try Really Hard’, and it still doesn’t work, you fail. If you choose not to be that person, what difference would changing a little word make? (That is topic for another day.)

“A life conditioned with repeated failure is just the same as a life that is conditioned with repeated success, except you’re going the opposite direction.” – by ME!

Mind to Mind – Integrity and Wellness

Mind to Mind – Integrity and Wellness

The Healing Power of Truth!

I was just viewing a provocative video on the front page of SelfGrowth.com. It was interesting and flabbergasting just what percentage of Americans are unwell in some way, shape, or form (most likely super-sized as well). Well, Mind To Mind is here to help! I suggest you look to your mental strength first, before you take on the rest. What can your brain power do for you?

Don’t worry about the statistics that you have heard time and again – you know they are appalling! If the statistics really had gravity, then we would have a nation of mostly lean, vegetarian, muscle freaks that run faster than their fit dog. Instead, a high percentage of the population is stressed out, out of shape, xenophobes, that sit behind their computer or television with their out of shape dog, and eating God knows what.

Now, if the aliens landed in everyone’s backyard tomorrow, most of those statistically prone to heart disease would have heart attacks and die. That would get the statistics moving in the right direction.

I AM JOKING! I just thought I would see if you are paying attention to what you read.

INTEGRITY – Your Life Line

Let’s take the moment to discuss something that is dear to each one of us – Integrity. What does integrity mean to you. Instead of talking about what it is for someone else, or comparing yourself to others, make a list of the qualities that you believe create or provide support for your integrity. Don’t use others as your benchmark.

The reason I don’t want you to use others as a benchmark is because most likely it would be environmental.  For instance, if you are around people normally that have almost saintly integrity, you may find it hard to stack up. You probably wouldn’t even try to improve at that point. Or, what if you were the saintly one amongst the ‘great unwashed’. You may feel that you are above all that and think there is no room to improve. So, don’t compare yourself to others for this exercise.

Integrity does have one common theme – TRUTH

Whatever your truth is – embrace it! Come to terms with who you are and how you think about things. Take time to appreciate the journeys you have experienced along the way, and actually survived! Your present is a reflection of your past, your decisions, and where those decisions have led you. Your obstacles you have encountered have forged you into the person you are today. Make the most of it. But above all else, be honest to yourself.

Coming to terms with, and being true to yourself is not the same thing as boldly telling everyone your innermost secrets. This is an individual exercise – not to be shared. Find and embrace the marvelous human you are. You will look at the world differently. You may find you treat others differently than you have previously. Don’t worry, however you treat others will be reflected back in how others treat you.

What does this have to do with health?

Whenever you don’t know yourself, it is like living with a lie. You lose integrity. In other words, your body, mind, and spirit become weak and STRESSED. You can easily come under attack. You are no longer resilient. Whenever your body is under stress, your overall energy output is less. Your body comes under attack from Dis-Ease, or NOT being at ease. This easily translates to “disease“!

When you live in truth, embracing the person you are, you gain resilience. Your mental, spiritual, and physical selves all show a significant difference. You are much stronger, and you can ward off disease of all types. In other words, you just become healthier overall. Does this mean you will never get the flu or other diseases? No, it means that when and if you do, they will be less severe, because your ability to fight disease is much greater. This is what you gain by having your integrity.

By gaining integrity, you also gain momentum. Momentum for the things you want to achieve. One of the things you may want to repair with your new found energy is your health. Of course you already know what to do in this area. If you don’t, there are plenty of places to gain that information.

The Secret Law of Attraction (aka: The Universal Law of Attraction)

Here is something that may give you the incentive to take a closer look at this. Many of you have attempted to use the Secret Law of Attraction to gain your goals, and failed. So therefore you question it, or even proclaim that it doesn’t work, or that it’s a fraud. From what I know about my fellow Americans, and just people in general, I think it’s a pretty safe bet that most people know more about plumbing than they know about their own true self. So when I hear people say how everyone has been taken advantage of by the Secret, especially if they are in a public forum, it makes me wonder about that person. (Quite often this is followed up with a tirade of how that person struggled to raise themselves from the depths of oblivion to where they are today.)

Since I have been teaching the Universal Law of Attraction for over 20 years, it comes as no surprise why many cannot seem to come to grips with it. I was teaching it and using it a long time before ‘the Secret’ ever came out. Do you want to know one of the main ingredients how to make it work? Sure, I’ll tell!

The Secret Law of Attraction is based on ‘sympathetic vibration‘. So, anything that disrupts the flow of this energy from point A to point Z will cause the flow to stop. I refer to this as ‘congestion‘. The absence of congestion is ‘clarity‘. If a person is clear of inhibitions and beliefs that throw a wrench into the gears, then the opportunity to achieve the preferred outcome is much better. There are some other factors, but I am not going to discuss them at the moment.

Think of it this way:
If you want to shoot an arrow into the bulls eye, then you don’t want anything to get into the way of the arrow. A single blade of grass can deviate the arrow so it lands off target. If a stick or such gets in the way, you may miss the target all together. By you having obstacles that your arrow must navigate, what do you think your chances are of reaching your objective? Probably Nil. If you continue to shoot arrows and none end up at the target, no matter how accurate you are with your archery, you will develop and strengthen a belief that you cannot and never will be able to hit the target – your objective. You have nobody to blame but yourself. You have actually done it to yourself. That’s hard to swallow!

Can you correct this type of problem? Yes, but in order to correct the problem, you must understand that you created it to begin with. Don’t be hard on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up. You just didn’t know. And just now finding out, I understand why you would be very frustrated. I make it my business to know how these things work.

Another way to see this is for you to observe a “Lucky” Person. That person is lucky because they know and expect nothing else. Things always fall right for them. They always land on their feet. This is supported by their belief system that claims this, and is strengthened time and again by things always going the right way for them. You on the other hand may have the same amount of belief strengthening that has happened to you, just in the opposite direction.

So How do I Find my Integrity – Where do I Start?

To get to know yourself, the best place to start is the place it all happens,… YOUR BRAIN ! Or more precisely, your subconscious. You need to learn how to ‘Manage Your Brain‘. You subconscious has this uncanny sense of where you need to be in life. Some refer to this as your ultimate blueprint or road map. You can tap into this and find your way through life with allot less stress. If you are gaining access to your subconscious via an organization or their equipment (Equipment can be training, subliminal audio or video, techniques, brain entrainment technology, etc.) there are a few things to look for:

Keep in mind – YOUR objective is to ultimately gain clarity. In finding yourself, you don’t want to be taking on outside agendas because that takes away clarity. The agenda you should keep and maintain is your own – no one else’s. If you are using equipment as mentioned, relax, then ask yourself, “Is it clear of other agendas?” If you get the feeling that it does have other agendas, most likely it has an agenda installed that is not in alignment with you. (This is also how you can spot subliminal messages.)

Don’t be surprised if you find that some organizations really ‘load up’ their own agendas into their “assistance”. In the technical part of my research, I have come across many examples of this. One that I thought was rather interesting was prohibiting the person from promoting, marketing, or assisting any other organization, resulting in a continual cycle of self-sabotage. With a little assistance from our program, the person was able to alleviate the problem by deleting the program ‘on their own’. From then on, the person took control of their own mind and directed their own agenda. Once the person saw what had caused the problem, they felt very betrayed by the organization that installed it!

Once you have found your best avenue to gain access to your subconscious, develop strategies that facilitate your personal integrity by asking for feedback from your subconscious. Your subconscious always knows the correct path for you. Now you are on the road to success, strengthened by your higher sense of resolve you have tapped into.
