Share the Health, Share the Wealth – Your Brain Health

Brain Health Connection

Share the Health, Share the Wealth

Your brain relies on your health to function properly. Your health depends upon your brain to send out instructions that maintain your health. To get the most out of life, you should pay close attention to both of these. They are integrally connected. Without one, the other ceases to exist. You can create your own miracles when you know how to use your mind to direct your health and well-being.

“An army marches on its stomach.” – Napoleon Bonaparte

Your brain works much better when you feed it proper nutrition. Your brain controls and connects to every part of your body. For all of those billions, perhaps trillions, of connections, functions, and duties your brain must do daily, you should take care of feeding it properly. Your brain consumes more oxygen than any other part of your body. It uses that oxygen to fuel all of the action that is taking place. It is the General of your army – your body, your mind; and yes – your health.

The connection to your body, your health, and your mind are all too relevant to ignore. To ignore the health aspect of Brain Management is undeniable.  How could you conceive you would be at your best if you are not taking steps to feed your brain. To ignore either your health or your brain, puts both at risk. They are forever linked to support each other.

Bless Yourself Healthy

So, as you are taking time to feed your brain the proper nutrition for maximum output, you may be thinking how to go about directing your health likewise. To direct health and healing is simply done with programming, or telling your mind how to think, to manipulate your body to a positive reaction. In other words, instructing your body to heal. Have you ever heard someone say, “I wish you well”, or “Bless you”. Both are customary ways to wish another person to have good health. You can do this same type of thing for yourself, through programming.

The Payoff…

When your brain is working at its’ optimum, everything about you and the things you do become better and easier to achieve. For example, how do you feel after the “big night out, possibly having too much to drink or eating foods you may not be accustomed to. Most people would not feel too good, nor would they feel like taking on a lot of mental tasks. If you balance out the revelry with moderation and limit your personal intake, you will not have the mountain to climb as you wake the next morning, and you will still have energy to burn. As always, the choice is yours.

Everyone relates well with successful people – winners. You may be one, or you may look up to them. You may strive to be one. If your brain is not functioning as well as it should, then you will have a much harder climb. WINNERS EAT WELL TO SUCCEED. Of course there are other things involved as well.

Miracle of Evolution – Your Brain

For clarity, the human brain and body is one of the most complex organisms on the planet. How we ever got to this point in our evolution is a miracle in itself. Due to the complex nature of our design, there are plenty of things that can go wrong, or break down, as we go through life. We can repair and replace much of that which does go wrong, and some things we cannot fix.

When you takes steps to prepare your brain to assist you directly in the undertakings of maintaining your health, you take a proactive stance to make things better. Feeding yourself with proper nutrition gives your brain the best ability to assist your efforts in everything you do.

You are Starving – Depleted Nutrient Food

Most of you have heard about the basic things that you should do to get it right. You have heard about your electrolytes, antioxidants, Omega fatty acids, and so on. Today I am going to take you one step further – Microelements and minerals.

Microelements and Minerals – Immortality Elixir

There are over 74 naturally occurring minerals that were present at the dawn of time in the primordial soup and prehistoric oceans all life on this planet came from. Therefore, the plants that lived during that time also took up these minerals into their stems and leaves, which remained there after they died.

The more complex the organisms became, the higher number of the naturally occurring elements and minerals were used for purposes within the organism. For instance, without sulphur, your skin would not be as resilient, unless there was another element that your body would use instead to produce the same result. Sulphur is plentiful, so is not really a big concern.

What about selenium. Without  selenium you are naturally at risk of disease. It affects your ability to fight off infections and maladies. It supports your immune system. You only need a tiny amount to take care of all of the functions it supports. How many other microelements support functions of your body without you knowing it?

Production Intensive Farming…

Overuse of intensive planting and harvesting of crops has robbed the soil of its trace elements. The trace elements that used to be in the plants are no longer available. They have moved up and out of the food chain, but have not been replenished to the soil. This has led to large populations of the Earth to be starving from within; leading to much obesity from overeating. Unfortunately, most people do not realize this.

What if there was a way in which you could reach back in time to where it all began, the primordial soup, the ancient grasses and plants, so rich with these organically produced minerals and microelements we just cannot find in food, no matter how much we eat. What if there were certain minerals in the primordial soup that could make you feel better, heal disease, and make you a healthier person. What would that be worth to you? Would you take your cup and reach back through time to get your share?

The Good News…

No, you do not need to build a time machine. There are stockpiles of these microelements and minerals that have been stored away for over 70 million years – in the fossilised remains of the plants from that time. These are available for you today, and should be at the top of your list for healthy living. Healthy living gives you a better brain to gain your successes. Money and Wealth Creation: Use Your Mind

Mind Discipline

Money and Wealth

Many people are convinced – consciously or subconsciously – that accumulating great wealth is impossible. But this is simply not true. Your mind is the only impediment to your goals of wealth. But help is on the way. I am here to teach you how to focus your thoughts on visualizing your goals.

A Poverty Mentality is Your Enemy to Wealth

At some point in your life, you internalized the belief that money and wealth would always remain beyond your reach. To become successful, you must change the way you think and the way your mind works. But before you can change the way your mind works, you must understand the process.

Your mind has two major parts – the conscious mind that deals with the everyday and the subconscious mind, which is where our hopes and dreams reside. Your subconscious mind controls your likes and dislikes as well as how we deal with circumstances and events in our lives – including how you react to money and wealth. The subconscious mind stores your likes and dislikes, your hopes and your dreams, and how you react to things – including money and wealth.

Develop Mental Discipline

You can do affirmations for money and wealth all day long, but without overcoming your mind’s subconscious preconditioning, your efforts will only produce frustration. You must learn Brain Management and mental discipline to train your subconscious to focus on your highest goals so that you can achieve them. By exercising your brain using Mental Photography techniques will allow you to obtain the greatest type of wealth, personal contentment and satisfaction.

Brain Management: Life Lessons, Pain and Success

Life Lessons, Pain and Success

The pursuit of happiness …

Eclectic Mind Brain Happiness Success Attraction

Learn from your experiences

You have no doubt heard or read this phrase, and without a doubt, it is good advice. But you can learn from the lessons from others and avoid the pain that they suffered to obtain their first-hand wisdom.

Pain: Life’s Great Teacher

Whether your pain is physical, health, stress, spiritual or financial – find the pain, discover the lesson. Then, and only then, will The Secret Law of Attraction work in your favor. In fact, until you learn the lesson your life circumstances or your body are trying to tell you, you will experience the same pain again and again.

What We Have Given Up – the True Gauge of Success

Consider this quote:  “Success is NOT gauged on what you have gained, but by what you have given up.”  Someone who bases success on what he or she has given up to attain a particular position likely considers life as a series of losses or concessions – and not very much fun. By contrast, someone who has enjoyed his or her life’s journey views success much more positively.

Perseverance Is the Key

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. You learn from your pain and experiences exactly the same way. Slowly but surely, and stronger and more knowledgeable than when you started – you will reach your ultimate goals.  Along the way, you should consider the following questions:

  • What is your success strategy?
  • Are you truly committed to achieving success?
  • Are you determined to reach your goal – no matter what?
  • Will you persevere through adversity?
  • Are your willpower and focus sufficient to see you through to the end?

Make no mistake, perseverance, stamina and commitment will allow you to achieve your ultimate goals. Even the most perfect plan is doomed to failure if you have no stamina. But a strong balance of the other qualities can compensate for the shortfalls of a less than perfect plan.  Using Brain Management  along with The Secret Law of Attraction will increase your subconscious mind power along with your stamina – making a phenomenal contribution to the global consciousness.

Mindset- Are You Attracting Streets Lined With Gold?

Are Your Streets Lined With Gold?

Leave Your Poverty Mindset Behind You with Brain Management

To begin, here is a quote you may have heard. But, it is flawed because it is very limiting:

“Success is NOT gauged on what you have gained, but by what you have given up.”

In the Law of Attraction, if you think you have given up (or lost) something along the way, you automatically attract whatever you were unfortunate (or fortunate) enough to lose back into your life.  This includes a poverty mindset.  But you can change your views to ensure that you don’t re-attract it back into your life, by being true to yourself, committed, resourceful and passionate on your path to success.

Like Losing and Old Friend . . .

Leaving poverty consciousness behind is difficult. The subconscious mind is protecting you by keeping that poverty consciousness in place. Until you address it, you will continually sabotage yourself in an effort to change your life.  That poverty mindset definition is like an old friend. You can rely on it even though it causes you problems. You’re comfortable with your old friend, making pains to protect it against criticism. Leaving a poverty mindset behind and developing a positive mindset feels like you are tossing an old friend into a rubbish heap.  It can cause a lot of pain.  But what if what you’re leaving behind allows you to make room for newer, positive mindset list and positive attributes and outcomes. It’s always better to have a positive mindset with positive mentality and success will  Isn’t that a good thing?

Be Dedicated, Be Committed – Persevere

To truly leave unwanted baggage behind, you must be dedicated, committed and simply persevere until you achieve what you are seeking.  Most of us understand that dedication and commitment are inextricably linked with each other.

So what is perseverance? Perseverance is “sticking power.” how long you stick at something, simply keep plugging away until you achieve your objective.

Perseverance can sometimes be called “The Fight.”

When you are engaged in “The Fight,” there could be no outcome at all – no winner, no loser. But you should embrace the lessons you experience and become the better for them. This is where Brain Management comes into play. Use these techniques to help you embed the lessons from your experiences into your subconscious.

Understanding Success, Failure, and Lessons in Self Improvement

Success, Failure, and Lessons in Self Improvement

“Wherever you are, that is where you are meant to be, experiencing the things you were meant to experience.”

secrets of success

A client recently contacted me asking about test taking. His main concern was that he did not want to fail a certain test. During the conversation, I gave him strategies as to how to go about taking tests without getting stressed out. This would give him the upper hand in taking any tests.

Failure and Lessons

We got back to the main issue of not failing. He asked, “But what if I fail?” I answered him, “You are likely to learn more out of anything that you fail than learn from passing.” It makes sense. You will learn many lessons when you fail at something. But if you pass that event, you have no reason to look for your lessons.

Everything that happens to us happens for a purpose. And sometimes, one thing leads to another. Instead of locking yourself up in your cage of fears and crying over past heartaches, embarrassment and how failure leads to success, treat them as your teachers and they will become your tools in both self improvement and true meaning of success.

Patch Adams

I remember watching “Patch Adams” – a movie. It really shows you something about improving yourself. Hunter “Patch” Adams is a medical student who failed to make it through the board exams. After months of suffering in melancholy, depression and suicidal attempts – he decided to seek medical attention and voluntarily admitted himself in a psychiatric ward.  His months of stay in the hospital led him to meeting different kinds of people. Sick people in that matter.  He met a catatonic, a mentally handicapped person, a schizophrenic and so on. Patch found ways of treating his own ailment and finally realized he has to get back on track. He woke up one morning realizing that after all the failure to success and pains he has gone through, he still want to become a doctor. His positive attitude brought him self-improvement and what is success in life. He didn’t only improve himself, but also the life of the people around him and their quality of life. Did he succeed? Needless to say, as the story goes, he became the best doctor America has ever known.

So, when does self improvement become success synonym? Where do we start? Here are some tips:

*Stop thinking and feeling as if you’re a failure, because you’re not. How can others accept you if YOU can’t accept YOU?

*When you see hunks and models on TV, think more on free self improvement tips, not self pitying. Those people were selected to project a certain image. Self acceptance is not just about having nice slender legs, or great abs. Concentrate on inner beauty.

*When people feel so down and low about themselves, help them move up. Don’t go down with them. They’ll pull you down further and both of you will end up feeling inferior.

*The world is a large room for lessons, not mistakes. Don’t feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed on a science quiz. There’s always a next time. Make room for self improvement.

*Take things one at a time. You don’t  expect a black sheep to become a goody-two-shoes in just a snap of a finger. Self improvement is a one day at a time process.

*Self improvement results in inner stability, personality development and keys to SUCCESS at work. It comes from self confidence, self appreciation and self esteem.

* Set meaningful and achievable goals. Self improvement doesn’t turn you to be the exact replica of Cameron Diaz or Ralph Fiennes. It aims at achieving results to an improved and better YOU.

*Appreciate others. Little things mean BIG to other people. Sometimes, we don’t realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying “hi” or “hello”, greeting someone “good day” or telling Mr. Smith something like “hey, I love your tie!” are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we are being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.

*When you are willing to accept change and go through the process of self improvement online, it doesn’t mean that everyone else is. The world is a place where people have different values and attitudes. Sometimes, even if you think you and your best friend always like to do the same thing together at the same time, she would most likely decline an invitation for self improvement. (Be careful with this one. The other person may think you value them less unless they participate. This can precipitate many undesired results.)

Appreciate Where You are in Life

Very few people can be truly labelled as ‘over-night successes’. Either, they are just lucky, or they have been leading up to that moment with often years of working in the same area. It’s a wonderful feeling to hold on to the things that you already have now, realizing that those are just one of the things you once wished for. A very nice quote says, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”  We are all here to learn our lessons. Our parents, school teachers, friends, colleagues, officemates, neighbours, etc… they are our teachers. When we open our doors for self improvement, we increase our opportunities for success.

“There really are no failures in life; only lessons to be learned.”
